Wedding Websites {Anchorage Wedding Photographer}

So if you have not seen them yet, I have added a really fun new product to my packages. You can now get your own customized website. These websites can be used for a bunch of different things. I have been doing them for Wedding Announcements, Senior Announcements, Baby Announcements, Funeral Announcements, you name it! This is something that can be used in place of the traditional card announcements or in addition to them. Reception Details {Anchorage Wedding Photographer}

Derek and Jamie had their Anchorage reception last night. I was so impressed with Jamie's sister ability to turn a gym into a beautiful reception. The decorations where very nice and fitting. Well, I am back from my trip to Idaho Falls to shoot Derek and Jamie's wedding. I had a great time (I only fell down once). Derek and Jamie where a great couple to photograph and their families were awesome as well. I am so glad they gave me the chance to go with them to Idaho. I must admit, I was jealous of the beautiful weather they were having! Anyways, I have a lot of photos to go through and thought I would post a couple that caught my eye. Enjoy!

Osinski {Anchorage Family Photographer}

I had such a great time the other day with this family. I must admit, I was a little nervous going into the shoot because they had dogs and I don't have a lot of experience shooting with dogs, but that fear quickly came to an end. There is not much of difference between shooting dogs and kids, all you need is a lot of patience. We had a good time and their dogs Kodi and Suka where actually pretty well behaved. It probably didn't help that we took them to a lake with ducks. Thanks guys for the fun photo shoot and enjoy your photos!

This was taken a little while ago and I failed to post it, so here ya go. They Meyer's are an awesome family, and I am not just saying that cause they are related. I have always looked up to them and was so happy to be able to take their photos. We had a short window of time to do them while they came up before sending Brit off to College (Sorry Rob). So it has taken me way too long to figure out how to get nice big pictures in my blog, but I think now that I have figured out how to do that (very simple by the way), I really like it. The whole purpose of this blog is to show pictures and there is no better way to that than showing them BIG. What do you think? Do you prefer the smaller images or the larger ones?

Inviting Space {Anchorage Real Estate Photographer}

I am so excited to have had the door open for me to enter the Real Estate and Landscape Photography business here in Alaska. One would not think of Alaska and great landscapes normally, but I have been blessed to work with some great ones lately. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying working on this project. Sometimes in life when a door opens we just need to take the steps to walk through and see what is on the other side.
